I was in the process of finalizing the purchase of my condo before I realized I had forgotten to secure a legal representative to help with that process! A friend recommended Segev LLP to me and I had the pleasure of having both Daleep and Rowena assist me. Despite the looming closing date, they were both able to allay my fears especially for someone like myself who had never purchased a home before. Would absolutely work with the amazing team here again in the future!

Anna Okorokov isn't professional at all, do not recommend.

Anna Okorokov plays with the lives of her client, my ex-wife and I. For hell a lot of money Anna does such irresponsible work. Anna is unknowledgeable, difficult to communicate with and not forthcoming. She makes mistakes on basic maths calculations.To make money out of us she shamelessly tried something so crazy. My ex-wife needed to transfer money to me which can be done in a few minutes with online banking and free of charge. Surprisingly she required us to do it through a lawyer, her former co-worker Rahul Kesarwani, and Rahul did not return calls in a timely fashion and did not reply emails after money was transferred. We had to spend thousands of dollars and lots of time to ask for the money back.All Anna cares about is getting money out of us and she doesn’t care about our situation and our emergency. Anna made all types of false accusations in front of the honourable Judge and failed in court again and again.I can’t believe here in beautiful Canada there is a disgusting lawyer like Anna Okorokov. What a joke of law society! Nobody reaches a lawyer for fun.I will complain to the law society to suspend her licence as a lawyer, and sue her and her former co-worker Rahul if I can not get my loss reimbursed.

We have used Segev LLP for multiple real estate deals. Our latest conveyance was over the holiday season. Rowena & Daleep were amazing! Their responses were always very prompt and they made sure everything was in order for the conveyance. I highly recommend using Segev LLP.

Fortunately, I gave Segev law a small amount of money, only a couple thousand bucks, but the help I got regarding my case and the advice given was really poor. Waste of time and money, would not recommend.
